ANXIETY
Let's stop overthinking & start living! The world that we live in rewards us for dividing our attention, multitasking, and staying on-the-go, yet this pace often leaves us feeling anxious, disconnected & numb. We feel guilt about all of the things we "should" be doing and are unable to be present doing any of the things that we actually are. We feel unable to slow down for fear that we may get stuck in our stream of anxious thoughts, so we avoid them until we can't and then find ourselves googling symptoms of a panic attack. But, thankfully, I have good news- it doesn't have to be like this. If you're ready to stop trying to outrun anxiety, and start living a present, intentional life, let's get started. With a combination of both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, we'll work together to re-train your brain, rewire those patterns that are keeping you stuck, and get you back to living a life that you truly love.
