Reclaim
THERAPY
RECLAIM YOUR MIND. RECLAIM YOUR JOURNEY. RECLAIM YOUR LIFE.
Hi there, I'm Gabrielle.
And I'm so glad you're here. I'm a therapist specializing in perinatal wellness, grief & anxiety related journeys. Reclaim is a practice grounded in the focus of walking alongside clients in the goal of reclaiming life.

If you've landed on this page, you've already taken the first (and very intimidating) step of investing in the next chapter of your story & your reclamation journey. And now that you're here, I'd like to invite you to give me a call so we can schedule a free consultation to see if therapy at Reclaim would be the right fit for you.

Our Services
Perinatal Wellness
Sometimes, the bliss of trying to conceive, birth and pre & postpartum is shattered. Maybe it’s the anxiety of failed fertility treatments, or the devastation of pregnancy loss. Maybe it's the trauma of a birth with complications, or the heaviness of postpartum depression and anxiety. Navigating the journey that parenthood can bring can feel unsurmountable. Reclaim Therapy is here to help- to work through grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, transition of roles, or whatever else your journey toward parenting has brought. Because you don’t have to figure it out alone. Because there are tools to help you heal, help you reclaim, and help you feel like you again. Together, we can navigate this journey, heal your heart and work towards a place of peace and thriving.
Grief
To grieve is to have loved. And making space to fully allow ourselves to honor our grief in today's world, is often times a major challenge. Together, we'll make space to honor that love. Whether you’re attempting to wade through the heaviness of a recent loss, or seem to have become a shell of who you once were on the other side of a loss that seems “too long ago”, therapy can help. Together, we’ll embark on a journey to process, honor, and validate your grief, as well as reclaim the new person you are becoming on the other side of it.
Anxiety
Stop overthinking & start living! The world that we live in rewards us for dividing our attention, multitasking, and staying on-the-go, yet this pace often leaves us feeling anxious, disconnected & numb. We feel guilt about all of the things we "should" be doing and are unable to be present doing any of the things that we actually are. We feel unable to slow down for fear that we may get stuck in our stream of anxious thoughts, so we avoid them until we can't and then find ourselves googling symptoms of a panic attack. But, thankfully, it doesn't have to be like this. If you're ready to stop trying to outrun anxiety, and start living a present, intentional life, let's get started. With a combination of both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, we'll work together to re-train your brain, rewire those patterns that are keeping you stuck, and get you back to living a life that you truly love.

WHY RECLAIM?
Throughout my years of practice, I've noticed a theme emerge, time and time again, of this idea of reclamation. Whether you're a mother deep in the trenches of figuring out your new identity postpartum, or a trauma survivor who wants to stop living in fight or flight and reclaim who you are on the other side of peace and grounding, or maybe you're living post loss (be it pregnancy loss, parent, child, partner, etc) and don't know how it's possible to still be you without them, we reclaim. We walk with intention toward who you are becoming, who you'd like to be and we reclaim you. I've been honored to be part of so many reclamation stories, and I'm honored for the opportunity to be part of yours too.
